We provide compassionate, affirming, and accessible healthcare for all. Services are cash pay only. We are currently out of network with insurance, however, check back soon as we are working towards accepting several major health insurances. Three options for accessing care:

1. Monthly Subscription:
   $75/month, which covers all clinic visits including your initial intake, an annual wellness exam, & problem/sick visits. Services include in-person appointments, telemedicine appointments & unlimited messaging. Please note there is a $100 one-time enrollment fee (waived for previously established patients).

2. Pay Per Visit:
   - Initial Visit: $180
   - Follow-up visits: $120
   - Initial/New Patient visits are 1 hour; Follow-up visits are 45 mins

   We are currently out of network with all insurance plans, however, check back soon as we are actively working on contracting with several major insurance companies. Labs, imaging, and prescriptions are routinely processed through your insurance.

2. What is your cancellation policy?

   You can cancel/reschedule appointments until 24 hours in advance of your appointment time.
